The newly built Villa King Gustaf (KIN) is a jewel box of a vacation home. With two bedrooms, a well-laid-out living room and kitchen, and a comfortable terrace where your island life will most likely unfold, the luxury rental property is plenty long on space, but it is even longer on style.

It is also long on skies and sunset views, as it is located above Gustavia, near St. Jean and the heart of town. Along with the colorful twilights, it offers captivating views of the boats and yachts arriving and departing from the harbor in the distance, occasionally punctuated by a landing airplane.

Villa King Gustaf has a simple yet elegant decoration, with neutral tones, pale wood, and plenty of natural light. The wood-clad white boards in the kitchen, for instance, make the villa feel more charming and cozy when inside.

Everything is on one level, making the villa convenient to live in. It is L-shaped, with the guest bedroom next to the main entrance and the master bedroom just outside, on the other side of the outdoor dining area. One has a queen-size bed, the other has a king-size bed, and each has an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.

The terrace surrounds the swimming pool and extends into an open area near a garden, giving it sun most of the day.
