Given the house’s size and layout, it is well suited for a family or a group of friends of several generations to share, as there is ample space to relax and plenty of privacy. The villa offers 6 bedrooms plus 1 bedroom suitable for staff or children. Each of the bedrooms has a distinctive theme. The Architect’s room is separate from the rest of the house, situated right next to the pool cabana, and it has an outdoor bathtub. The primary bedroom is in the main house, right off the living room. It has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and private terrace with a good-size stone pool.
From the living room, a staircase leads down to Tiffani’s and Hemingway’s bedrooms, each of which has two twin beds and, in the case of Hemingway’s, a sofa bed. From Hemingway’s, there is also access to a staff room that is suitable for a nanny. Please enquire about additional prices and conditions for renting that room. On the same level but with separate outside access are the Safari and Voyager’s rooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
All of the bedrooms share a spacious, airy living room, which offers various sitting corners to enjoy a cup of coffee, watch a movie, play a game or read a book. As throughout, the views are tremendous, and the room can be air conditioned or open to the elements, and as in all the rooms, all the windows are screened.
A covered passageway connects this main room with a dining room that can be fully opened on two sides to allow the tropical breezes to waft through, and to a well-equipped kitchen that would satisfy the most discerning chef and food lovers, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven and a raw fish station.
Outside, the lava-stone pool is surrounded by sunbeds. Nearby is a cabana for guests to prepare for and refresh from using the pool. On the lower level of the villa, there is a spa and massage room and a fitness room with ocean views.
