The living room and kitchen are wide open to the weathered-wood deck, and each of the two bedrooms on the main level has captivating watery vista. The living area, open-air kitchen connected-to-nature feeling of Villa Santa Alicia and leafy plants add life to many corners of the luxury rental property.

For all of its sweeping panoramas, the vacation home maintains the feeling of an intimate retreat, a private escape for couples or a family. It’s modern but cozy, enticing, and welcoming, feeling up to date while paying homage to the island’s timeless style. Sibarth’s concierge can arrange unique surprises that will add to the romance, such as private wine tastings or couples massages.

The large, open-plan living area merges into the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, and both open onto the deck, where a small but stunning infinity pull unfurls toward the sunset. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the main level and the third bedroom is on a level below.

Villa Santa Alicia has large open plan living room with an inviting sitting area around the TV and a kitchen to one side. The living room, dining area, and the terrace flow into each other. The dining table sits right in front of the pool. Flamands Bay is on view from every point.

The villa is very convenient to Flamands Beach which is just a five-minute drive away. The journey is short, but the hill is rugged. A 4x4 car is recommended. (Again, Sibarth’s concierge can make the arrangements.)
