Terraces extend on both sides of the main living area, allowing guests to enjoy different views and changing light throughout the day. On one side, the large infinity pool becomes a natural gathering place for long afternoons outdoors, accompanied by a Jacuzzi and expansive views. On the opposite side, a second terrace with another Jacuzzi offers a different perspective across the surrounding landscape. Both Jacuzzis are unheated.

Close to the kitchen, a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ creates an inviting setting for leisurely lunches and dinners at home. The generous grounds and multiple outdoor spaces make it easy to gather together while still finding a quiet corner to read, relax or simply enjoy the view.

The main bedroom is particularly special, with views opening in both directions. The two additional bedrooms, equal in size, are situated in a separate cottage on a lower level of the property. Each has a spacious ensuite bathroom and its own terrace overlooking Marigot, giving guests a welcome sense of independence while remaining connected to the main house.

Seabird’s greatest luxury is perhaps its sense of space. The house, terraces and surrounding land unfold generously across the hillside, with different perspectives appearing as you move through the property. There is room to gather, room to withdraw, and a constant connection to the landscape that feels distinctly St. Barth.

From its elevated position in Mont Jean, Villa Seabird is also well placed for exploring the island. Marigot, Grand Cul de Sac and Lorient are within easy reach, while St. Jean and Gustavia are only a short drive away.
