You enter the villa straight into the breezy living area, where plush, casual chic rattan sofas invite you to relax and take in the view out over the terrace of the bay of St. Jean, the islands of Forchue and Fregate, and the expanse of blue ocean beyond. Walk out onto the large deck beside the infinity pool, and you can gaze down over the bougainvillea blossoms at the placid waters of St. Jean Bay and the boats moored near the iconic Eden Rock hotel. Deck chairs and a shaded outdoor dining table offer plenty of seating, and a Weber gas grill and wet bar with fridge and dishwasher make barbecues easy.
The kitchen is convenient and efficiently laid out, with wood countertops, a pass-through to the living area, and quality appliances including a six-burner Siemens range top. A second living area, air conditioned and set back behind the main living area, makes the ideal spot for relaxing with a book or watching TV.
