Because it has four bedrooms of roughly equal size and amenities arrayed around a large living space, Villa Alpaka is well suited to families or several couples traveling together.
The shared living area is open with two seating areas. One of these is oriented around an entertainment center, and the other looks out over the terrace. A wooden breakfast bar the living area from the large, modern kitchen, which is illuminate by a skylight. There is a formal dining table indoors, as well as a second on the terrace stretches the length of the living area. The terrace also contains the large infinity pool.
The master bedroom is next to the living room on the main level, a second is on a lower level directly beneath it, and the third is on the opposite side of the lower level. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level, opposite the pool. Each bedroom has its own private terrace, as well as two twin beds that can be made up separately or pushed together to be a US king bed, Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
There is covered parking for three cars, plus a fourth spot near the gate.
