It offers three beds, three baths, a large pool and breath-taking views over Petit Cul de Sac to Tortue Island and distant St Martin. The three bedrooms are of similar size and comfort, and all open to a terrace with ocean view. Bedroom four is in its own bungalow. The spacious living area and fully equipped, modern kitchen open onto the pool and terrace , where the dining area overlooks the ocean, and benefits from the cooling breeze. The private community beach is just a pleasant stroll away.
