Villa Astra’s location is ideal. It is in the heart of St. Jean, close to the Eden Rock hotel and within walking distance of beautiful beaches, restaurants, and boutiques. Gustavia is just a few minutes away by car, but the villa is quiet and private. It has excellent views of St. Jean Bay, a wildlife reserve, and panoramic sunsets.

A dramatic entrance leads to an elegant salon, but the social heart of the house is upstairs. There, the upper floor has a fully equipped Bosch kitchen and a central living area that flows onto a terrace with a heated swimming pool and sleek metal details that call to mind yacht life. An architectural staircase separates this living room from the primary bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom.

Two additional ensuite bedrooms are downstairs, on the same level as the entryway and salon. Along with the beguiling sea views, they have direct access to a patio and Zen garden. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making Villa Astra a good option for remote workers or just those who may need to take a meeting or two during their holiday.
