A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Sleek, minimalist design, and superb privacy and discretion
Perched high on a promontory with sweeping views over the waves and shoreline of Anse des Cayes, Bakea (HAY) is a celebration of contemporary design, high technology, and secluded spaces to call all your own.
Designed by Vienna-trained St. Barth architect Johannes Zingerle, whose work on the island has been featured in Architectural Digest, Bakea has an understated aesthetic sensibility that centers on straight lines, soothing shades of gray and warm natural woods. The attention to detail is high, from sleekly polished black floor lamps to closets and drawers that open with hidden notches rather than glinting knobs. Thoughtfully designed sliding panels conceal state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and a tricked-out bar between the two living areas.
Stretching along two stories, each with one wall fully windowed or open to the sea breezes wafting up from the bay, the villa is set up to maximize individual and private spaces. The layout is well suited to both families with teenage or adult children, groups of friends and romance-seeking couples, and Sibarth can enhance the hideaway experience with anything from private fitness sessions to cooking classes in the well-outfitted kitchen.
As you enter villa Bakea, you’re transported to a calm, sleek haven, as a greenery-filled patio and shaded hallway give way to a gracious living room with copious, low-slung couches and a streamlined dining table and chairs. Sunlight dances off the surfaces throughout, thanks to the large windows that form two of the walls. Off to one side of that living and dining room is a full kitchen, and on the other side, the master bedroom which opens both to the deck area and to a private garden, where a stone bathtub awaits. Inside, there’s a spacious shower and large vanity that appears to be floating freely. Within the master bedroom suite there is a small bedroom for kids with a single bed (165 x 65 cm).
But the showstopper up here is the long, graceful slip of a swimming pool. This is where you’ll want to spend your holiday, whether lounging on one of the orange chaises or floating in the warm water above the heated pool’s shimmering tiles. (You can even swim laps if Sibarth’s private chefs or personal grocery shoppers have left you feeling too indulged.)
The lower level comprises a second master bedroom with a lounge, dressing room and small kitchenette, and two identical, smaller with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. An intercom system allows communication while ensuring privacy while guests are all ensconced in their own private spaces.
Nothing too fussy, old-fashioned or formal: This is the promise of Bakea.
