A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

While Villa Clyde shares a similar style and footprint with its neighboring sister property, Villa Bonnie, it offers its own sense of warmth and ease – a three-bedroom retreat tucked into the hills above St. Jean, with views stretching toward the blue of the sea and the bustle of the island below.
The interior is open and airy, with vaulted white ceilings, natural textures, and large glass doors that open wide to the terrace. A gently heated saltwater pool with steps and sun loungers create a perfect setting for long afternoons in the open air. A covered dining area, freestanding gas barbecue, and outdoor kitchenette make meals at home both inviting and relaxed.
The bedrooms are arranged for both connection and privacy. Bedroom 1 lies to the left of the living area, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the opposite side beyond the kitchen. Each features a king-size bed, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with rain-head shower, HDTV, and safe. Bedroom 3 includes a sitting area and opens directly onto the terrace, offering sea views and a calm, restful atmosphere.
Villa Clyde may be rented on its own or with Villa Bonnie next door. Sharing a private parking area but offering complete privacy, the two properties together are ideal for families or friends traveling as a group – offering six bedrooms, two pools, and a central location with easy access to the island’s beaches, boutiques, and restaurants.
