A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Habitation Saint Louis (HSL) is located on the hillside above the charming village of Corossol.
Private and quiet, this villa offers you sunsets and a sea views of Corrosol and Gustavia Harbour entrance.
This villa is built on two levels and offers private and direct access to the beach. On the first level, there are two bedrooms on each side of the villa with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces with ocean view. In the middle, there is the kitchen and the indoor living room, which opens onto the covered terrace, offering dining and seating areas.
On the lower level are the third and fourth bedrooms which are just in front of the pool, with ensuite bathrooms.
The large deck terrace overlooks Corossol Bay, and invites you to enjoy sunsets and admire sailing boats and yachts entering the harbor.
A private and direct footpath leads to Corossol Beach.
This inviting villa is perfect for family or a group of friends.
HSL can be rented with PSL, Cottage Petit Saint Louis, for a total of five bedrooms. HSL and PSL are rented together during the Christmas/New Year period.
