A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Decorated in light wood and white cotton, with warm accents of blue and green, Villa Mirador (ING) creates an inviting and sun-dappled atmosphere that will make you feel instantly at home. Outside, a wide ipe deck and shimmering pool overlook a panorama including the harbor of Gustavia and the blue Caribbean.
Villa Mirador offers a welcoming living room with comfortable sofas and adjacent to the indoor and outdoor dining areas. At the back of the villa, the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. This large room opens onto the terrace and the view.
All the bedrooms are independent and private, three with four-poster king beds and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms open onto large, comfortably furnished terrace and the view.
Villa Mirador enjoys a nice breeze and some of the most fantastic views on St. Barth. It is perfectly suitable for families with teenagers or friends traveling together.
