The heart of the house is the living area, which shares space with the indoor dining area and the spacious and open kitchen. This space is fully air-conditioned, or it can be opened up to the tropical breezes, with ceiling fans to add to the cooling effect. Outside, the front and back terraces have deck chairs in the Caribbean sun and in a covered and shaded area.
Each of the four bedrooms has a king-size bed (some of which can be made up as two twin beds instead), an ensuite bathroom, a large TV with French and US Dish Network, and a terrace. The wooden fence that encircles the property gives these terraces privacy from the outside world.
The swimming pool is heated, and the hot tub seats six people comfortably. The villa comes with a parking area that holds three large cars or four smaller vehicles. The attractions of St. Jean and a supermarket are very close by.
