Nestled high up on hillside in Colombier, Villa L’Enclos (CLO) offers quiet seclusion and a spectacular ocean vista, a true panorama ranging from Gustavia Harbor to the east to the island of St. Maarten to the west. Recently renovated and redecorated, Villa CLO provides its guests with genuine West Indies charm with updated amenities and features. The open-plan living/dining and kitchen area occupies the main house, and large French doors open onto the terrace facing the Caribbean Sea and Saba. The convenient kitchen is modern and well equipped, with plenty of counter space, discrete under-counter refrigerators.

The master bedroom, located in an independent cottage set apart from the main house, is modern and provides both privacy and comfort. The second bedroom, also in its own bungalow, offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

On the terrace off the main house, the clear and inviting water of the infinity pool looks as though it is overflowing into the ocean below. Comfortable seating and chaises for sunning are available on the terrace, along with an outdoor rain-head shower by the pool and a half-bath near the main house. A dining deck above the pool is an ideal spot to enjoy the end of the day while watching sailboats returning to port under the spectacular colors of the sky at sunset. Lush vegetation surrounds this villa, providing exceptional privacy and quiet.

Part of Villa CLO’s appeal lies in its real Caribbean style, with bright yellow clapboard siding, red roofs, and intricate gingerbread trim under the eaves. By combining these aesthetic touches with privacy, comfort, and a magnificent view, this property can be said to truly have it all.
