A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Villa La Bulle is a four-bedroom retreat set on a peaceful hillside, where wide sea views and warm, natural materials create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and refined. Inspired by St Barth’s relaxed elegance, the villa blends character and comfort in a setting designed for unhurried living.
The open-plan living area sits beside the kitchen and opens directly onto the terrace, allowing light and horizon to shape the space throughout the day. Outside, the infinity pool is positioned to face the open water, framed by loungers and shaded seating areas. The terrace looks out across the bay, with the sea quietly framing the setting.
Two bedrooms are located to the left of the pool area, while two additional bedrooms sit to the right, a few steps above. Each has its own ensuite bathroom and reflects the same harmonious design language found throughout the villa. The layout provides both balance and privacy, making it well suited to couples or friends traveling together.
