Apartment Privilege is situated on the first floor and can be accessed from the parking area via stairs or elevator or from the street level.

A comfortable base for a family vacation in, the apartment consists of a large living area and a well-equipped kitchen, which is situated so that you can take in the landscape as you prepare meals. (Or the Sibarth concierge can arrange for a professional to take those duties off your hands.) The large, half-covered terrace has a swimming pool and various sitting areas to enjoy the views over the comings and goings of the boats in Gustavia harbor.

The master bedroom is located near the pool and terrace. Two additional bedrooms, which are equal in size and appointments, are situated at the back of the property.

Apartment Privilege can be rented with the property upstairs, Apartment Prestige (PRS) for a total of six bedrooms.
